Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal

Our 16th trip to the resort and it only gets better with each trip! Truly an amazing resort with the best staff we have ever seen ANYWHERE in the world. From the minute we left the airport and had Cesar drive us to the resort (who is a fantastic driver and a better person) to the entire staff at the hotel. Special shout outs to the pool staff, especially Carlos, Manuel, Fernando Panchi, Jonathan and Jim. The spa is one of the best in the world, specifically Betty and Edith (Claudia was injured, but she is also super). And, of course, our concierge Mariel, who is truly the most amazing person who is ALWAYS there to help, no matter what you need. Fernando (General Manager) is a great leader of the entire team and I can't say enough about everything Pedregal!!! Run, don't walk, to the resort....you will not be disappointed!

Waldorf never ceases to amaze us with their beautiful properties, but their staff made our trip memorable. Raquel Vazquez was our personal concierge, and she was in touch with me months before our arrival to ensure we had a perfect itinerary. I let her know we were coming to celebrate my partner’s birthday and mentioned he likes Formula 1. She arranged for W.A. to make cookies with his name and race cars decorated on them. Beyond thoughtful. Rachel was a text away and always available to answer any questions. Salvador and Victor at Don Manuel’s for breakfast are amazing. Salvador is personable and takes so much pride in his work. The small attention to details made us feel truly special. Salvador had desserts and sides made that weren’t readily available because he knew we were celebrating. Daniel Sanchez at the adults only pool provided remarkable service. He always ensured we had the chairs we wanted with unobstructed views of the ocean. He’d be attentive and also give his guests space. Seeing him was consistently a highlight to our mornings. El Farallon is a beautiful restaurant on the cliff. The sound of the waves crashing with a sunset in the background is picturesque. We went on a sunset cruise on their Dos Mares yacht. I recommend being on the bow of the boat even if you may get splashed a couple times. Great 2.5 hour experience. Thank you to all the staff who made us feel so welcome.

We had an amazing stay at the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal. Everything about this hotel is amazing. From the plunge pool in each room to the chips and guac delivery every day, this hotel truly doesn’t miss. The service is next level. All the staff are incredibly friendly and you can truly tell they love providing excellent service to their guests. Special shout out to our personal concierge, Danna. She made our stay even more special with her incredible service throughout our stay. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I celebrated our 6 year anniversary and we had the most Amazing time. From the moment we were picked up at the airport from the hotel private car service to Carlos Hernandez our butler for our entire stay, to Roberto the future chef and housekeeping who always payed close attention to every detail. The views were incredible. This was by far was one of the best hotels in Mexico. We did not want to leave the hotel because the amenities were so great!!! The daily guacamole and small coronas were just the right touch for mid-day!! Let’s not forget the surf and turf sushi rolls.. just wow!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. I look forward to our next visit!! Thank you to all the wonderful and amazing staff!! The end to the trip with cookies and water for our ride to the airport with Cesar as our transport to the airport was the last special touch to our trip!!

For many months now, I have intended on writing this review of my fourth and most recent journey to this incredible resort, which I definitely consider my home away from home, which is not an exaggeration when you consider that I spent almost 4 weeks here over the course of 2 separate trips in early 2024 .. this most recent one is from April 2024, After dealing with some lingering health issues, I’m finally getting around to doing this review. It seems that I’m always at my healthiest and happiest when I spend time at this Waldorf. When it comes to resort destinations, I rarely go to the same place twice, but now I am working my way towards a fifth trip to this heavenly spot. . I can’t say enough about the rooms, the facilities, the views of the ocean, the beauty of this heavenly resort . everything from top to bottom is literally the best I have ever seen. By far the best rooms and also the best overall resort, by far . But one of the main things that keeps me coming back is the staff. I have written about them before and I really can’t say enough about these incredible individuals. Some of which I truly consider friends at this point. Their attention to detail, their friendliness, their help, and just the way they are in general, makes me feel like it’s not just a job to them. They are truly all incredible human beings that always remember everything about me and my crazy preferences and dietary restrictions that I doubt most other resorts would cater to. It really seems like this property gets the best people and it’s so nice to see the same faces each time, for the most part. For many months now I have literally been dreaming and fantasizing about getting well enough to travel and return to my home away from home at this perfect luxury resort. I just want to point out several individuals, most of whom I have seen on multiple trips, ..people that have really made me feel special, and I definitely consider them exceptionally special people. Having them at the resort makes all the difference in the world, and I feel I will keep coming back here as much as possible for many years to come. In listing/ recognizing them I apologize for anyone who I accidentally omit, or spell their name incorrectly lol The resort has so many staff for each guest that it’s hard to remember everybody, but I will try. We stayed for 7 nights, chk in was easy and welcoming, staff attention to detail excellent, cost high, room service outstanding, location excellent. Food at Manuel’s excellent. Breakfast buffet excellent. Chk out easy. Only complaint first 3 days great, then screaming children moved in next door and above us children bouncing balls , drove us nuts. Would stay again: maybe …. Would at least look at adult only options
